The dynamic women of Gross McGinley
As Gross McGinley approaches its 50th anniversary, the influence of their women leaders resonates throughout every corner of the firm.
Gross McGinley’s female attorneys stand as catalysts for progress and inclusivity, shaping their next chapter by leading with authenticity. Their impact is seen not just in the high standard of counsel they deliver, but in the thoughtful ways they continue to drive the firm’s evolution.
Loren L. Speziale, Deputy Managing Partner, is renowned as a masterful problem-solver and trusted business partner to organizations across varied industries. A strategic business partner to her clients, Loren takes a collaborative approach to analyze business opportunities, address business risk, and close business and banking transactions. Loren’s laser-focused attention and genuine care sets her apart, as does her entrepreneurial spirit (evidenced by her co-ownership of Camp Bow Wow in Allentown). Loren’s leadership extends to board appointments with the Lehigh Valley Economic Development Corporation and Rodale Institute, reflecting her dedication to supporting business growth in the Lehigh Valley.
Anne K. Manley is a prior Deputy Managing Partner for the firm and steadfast advisor whose career spans three decades in business, employment, and family law. With a reputation throughout Lehigh and Northampton Counties for practical problem-solving and unwavering integrity, Anne is a go-to resource for businesses and individuals alike. Her counsel is sought not only for her legal acumen but the direct, solutions-oriented approach she consistently provides. Outside of her law practice, she actively serves on community organizations in Easton as well as through St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Cathedral.
Sarah Hart Charette, exemplifies what it means to wear many hats with skill, integrity, and heart. As a partner at Gross McGinley, she deftly balances her roles as Co-Chair of the Healthcare Defense Group, Chair of the Criminal Defense Group, and President of the Bar Association of Lehigh County, each one showcasing her sharp litigation abilities and approachable leadership. Sarah’s commitment to championing diverse representation paves the way not just for future litigators, but for an inclusive, supportive culture at the firm. In between advocating for clients and leading in the legal community, Sarah cherishes her role as a devoted wife and mother to her two young daughters. Born and raised in Emmaus, she is known for her warm personality and a remarkable ability to excel at everything she does.
Kellie Rahl-Heffner, Chair of the Family Law Practice Group, is known for her compassionate yet tenacious advocacy. Inspired by the words of Ruth Bader Ginsburg, “Fight the fight that you care about. But do it in a way that will lead others to join you,” she leads by example, sparking passion in those around her. Invested in the community she calls home, Kellie serves as Chair of the Allentown Chamber Executive Board, sits on the Greater Allentown Board of Governors, and is Board Chair for Lehigh Valley Habitat for Humanity. Outside the office, she and her wife Michelle are dedicated “dog moms,” to black shelter dogs, making a heartfelt effort to adopt those most often overlooked.
Victoria A. Strunk brings extensive experience in family law to the firm’s Stroudsburg office. She is dedicated to reaching the best possible outcome for her clients as they navigate some of the most challenging times in their lives. Since joining Gross McGinley, Victoria has quickly made an impact with her strategic mindset, community involvement, and leadership throughout Monroe County, including her service as President of the Monroe County Bar Association in 2024. She is also actively engaged on the Board of Associates for Lehigh Valley Hospital-Pocono and the Monroe Advisory Board for Communities in Schools® Eastern Pennsylvania. Her own family is deeply important to her, and outside of the courtroom, Victoria can often be found cheering on her boys at a soccer or baseball game.
Gross McGinley is also proud to honor the talents of Jessica L. Harlow, Deputy Chair of the Healthcare Defense Group; Attorneys Veronica R. Hogan, Catherine E. Sears, Jessica S. Kaczinski; and Law Clerk Zeinah N. Latefa. These remarkable women are united by their pursuit of excellence and drive to better the legal profession and our community. They truly embody Gross McGinley’s core values, making the firm a dynamic and inspiring place for everyone.
