BSI Corporate Benefits has successfully relocated to a renovated historic building in Bethlehem, prioritizing employee-centric culture and offering comprehensive employee benefit solutions.
It’s been one year since BSI Corporate Benefits relocated its headquarters to the former Victory Firehouse in Southside Bethlehem. The historic building underwent a $2.5 million renovation that took nearly 14 months to complete with the help of over 20 local vendors and partners.
BSI, the leading employee benefits firm in the Lehigh Valley, has grown rapidly over the last few years and needed a new space to accommodate its growing team. However, the relocation was not just physical but also strategic, aimed at enhancing client support, collaboration, and community events like monthly blood drives.
“In these uncertain times when companies are trying to figure out the right model—remote, in-office, or hybrid—we look at our headquarters as part of our culture. The building belongs to our team,” said CEO Tony DaRe. “Our new building, with all of its incredible history, is now a part of all of us, and will always be there as a place for teammates to come together, share ideas, celebrate each other, and act as a physical example of our commitment to our clients, community, and each other. We are here to stay and it works for us, in our own comfortably unique way.”
The organization, which prides itself on an employee-first culture, has embraced a hybrid working model. The new office was designed to offer flexibility, allowing team members to work from home or at various workspaces throughout the office. Each desk and conference room is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, enabling effective virtual and in-person meetings and events. Each department, such as the in-house data analytics or customer service teams, also has its own dedicated space.
