A Taste of Summer at Wind Creek Bethlehem

Wind Creek Bethlehem captures a carefree spirit, offering more than just gaming and entertainment.

At Wind Creek Bethlehem, we believe the culinary experience is a vital part of any memorable visit to the property. From casual bites to fine dining, our diverse restaurants are designed to delight every palate in every season, including summer.”

– Patrick Ryan, Executive Vice President and General Manager of Wind Creek Bethlehem

From refreshing cocktails to satisfying flavors of summer fare, Wind Creek Bethlehem has created an immersive culinary experience for all.

To start, Chop House at Wind Creek offers a vibrant drink menu ideal for those warm summer evenings. Sip on the refreshing Cucumber’s Callin’, a crisp blend of gin, cucumber liqueur, lavender syrup, and lemon, or go for something bolder like the Smokin’ on the Southsidfunke, where Mezcal is paired with banana liqueur, coconut water, and lime juice—the perfect summertime escape.

Urban Table offers contemporary American cuisine, with select items capturing the essence of summer cookouts. Take a bite out of the Sunrise Burger, a delicious combination of bacon, caramelized onions, Gruyere cheese, tomato marmalade, and a fried egg on a toasted bun. To complete the meal, choose a beverage from the drink menu, featuring options like the crisp Urban Lager, a specially brewed beer crafted locally at Funk Brewing in Emmaus, or the refreshing Seaside Lights cocktail, made with a blend of Captain Morgan, Blue Curaçao, Malibu, and pineapple juice.

Looking for a more relaxed evening? Head over to MIXX at Wind Creek, a stylish cocktail bar located just off the hotel lobby that captures the essence of a long summer night spent sipping cocktails with friends. Take a sip of the popular Empress French, made with the perfect blend of Empress gin, lemon juice, lavender simple syrup, and topped with Champagne and orange bitters.

“We believe a true summer dining experience is built on intention, from the initial design of the menu to the sourcing of our delicate ingredients,” said Xolani Dlamini, Director of Food and Beverage. “From our thoughtfully crafted cocktails to our excellent entrées, every detail is designed to transport our guests to those cherished, carefree summer moments.”

At Wind Creek Bethlehem, the delights of summertime fare extend beyond traditional dining. Discover Twisted Tees, a quirky golf-themed sports bar offering elevated pub fare and local brews—the perfect spot to unwind on a long summer evening. Or, for a taste of sweet indulgence, visit Sweet Revenge, which brings a vibrant New Orleans charm to uniquely flavored ice cream, aromatic coffee blends, and decadent baked goods, ideal for a sunny afternoon treat.
