A center for well-being

Capital Blue Cross Connect celebrates the arts as a meaningful part of community wellness.

The Capital Blue Cross Connect Center is not just a retail location; it was designed as a welcoming community space. Alongside personalized support for health plan needs, it’s a resource for health education, movement, nutrition, mindfulness, and the arts. The Connect center has become a beacon for healthier living in the Lehigh Valley.

Every offering supports a different dimension of well-being, from wellness classes and registered dietitians to its on-site café. Together, they help healthy living feel approachable and achievable—even the elements beyond traditional wellness.

Through its partnership with Zoellner Arts Center at Lehigh University, Capital Blue Cross Connect celebrates the arts as a meaningful part of community wellness. Programs like the Well-Being Concert Series invite people to experience how creativity, music, and shared experiences can support connection and belonging.
