Yoga to Relax & Unwind (ThreeBirds Coffee House)

November is all about change. With days getting shorter and nights getting longer, it’s time to stop resisting your body’s call to rest! Use this hour with Sarah Shea to completely unwind and let yourself realign towards a peaceful mindset rather than a rise-and-grind attitude. This yoga class is for all levels, but beginners are especially welcome! We will do a mixture of seated, prone, and supine poses. It’s a gentle class with HOT TEA included! Please Bring: Your own yoga mat A notepad or journal + a writing utensil A soft blanket for extra coziness during Savasana A mug or thermos to fill with tea (tea is provided, so this should be empty!) Your own beverage if you would like something different to drink Any yoga props like blocks, bolsters, or straps for comfortability **Buy 2 tickets at the same time to save on your total!
