All levels Yoga, a sound bath with crystal singing bowls, a meditation and refreshments all free to our community! No registration required! You should bring a mat/ blanket to practice on, a refillable water bottle, Sun/ bug protectant and the option to bring a mug if you’re interested in free tea/ juice.
