The Scott Babashak Scholarship Scramble was created to honor the life and legacy of Scott Babashak: a loving husband, devoted father, cherished son, and loyal friend to so many. Scott’s kindness, generosity, and commitment to others left a lasting impact on everyone who knew him.

After Scott’s passing in May 2022, his family established the Scott Babashak Memorial Scholarship at Penn State Lehigh Valley to carry forward the values he lived every day. The scholarship was established at Penn State Lehigh Valley, where his wife, Liz Keptner, teaches. Scott was always incredibly supportive of Liz’s students and believed deeply in the power of education to change lives. 

All proceeds from this tournament support the scholarship, which eases the financial burden that can stand in the way of opportunity.
