This two-hour workshop is designed to give participants practical tools for situational awareness, safety strategy, self-defense, and confidence under pressure in a supportive, no-judgment environment.

Led by experienced Boxology coaches with backgrounds in MMA, boxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, defensive tactics, and real-world training, Pretty. Dangerous. introduces practical skills women can actually use, including: situational awareness, boundary-setting and verbal confidence, self-defense fundamentals, safety strategy and tactics, beginner-friendly movement and drilling, Q&A with coaches.

No experience is needed. You do not need to be in fighting shape. You do not need to know how to box, grapple, or train already. Just show up. This workshop is for the girls, young and old.
