Join us for our October Small Pairing, a cozy, harvest-inspired tasting experience celebrating the flavors of fall and some of our favorite local Pennsylvania producers. Each plate brings together artisan cheeses, savory meats, seasonal accompaniments, and fresh local bread, thoughtfully paired with Cellar Beast wines. This month is all about the local harvest. Think creamy cheese with local honey, crisp apples, savory sausage, fresh bread, and autumn flavors made for a Sunday afternoon with a glass of wine in hand.
Tentative Menu: Valley Milkhouse Clover with Kara Jo Farm honey, fresh seedy bread (Oley, PA | Schewenksville, PA) Calkins Creamery Misty Morning Welsh Cheddar, Apple Slices (Honesdale, PA) Kabanosy Sausage, mustard, crackers (Soul Brothers Meats, North Wales, PA) Autumn Whipped Ricotta topped with Sweet Potato and pumpkin seed hash served in Endive (Sourced locally, made in-house) Fresh Local Bread
