Join us December 26th and 27th from 11am – 3pm as we bring history to life with demonstrations and interactive activities for all ages. See many artifacts in operation including our 115-ton Corliss Steam Engine. Little ones can color their own special holiday-themed “Tug” coloring page. Our unique gift shop will be offering 10% off select merchandise (20% for members). The Corliss engine will run at 11:30am and 2:30pm on both days. On Saturday, December 26th, a special “NMIH: 10th Anniversary Retrospective” lecture by NMIH Historian Mike Piersa will take place at 1pm in the Barnette Education Center. All included with regular museum admission (youth 12 and under FREE on Sunday).
