The Chamber’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Collaborative is excited to host the 2025 Empowerment Through Access Summit: Unlocking Opportunities for All on Wednesday, April 16, 2025, at DeSales University’s University Center in Center Valley, PA. This half-day event, from 7:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., is designed to educate, connect, and inspire individuals committed to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion!

In addition to a keynote presentation, breakout sessions and an engaging general session, you’ll also get the opportunity to enjoy a vendor marketplace, networking opportunities and breakfast.

Hear from Meloney Sallie-Dosunmu, CEO of Precision Talent International, for an engaging and interactive session designed to help transform challenges into opportunities. In today’s every changing workplace, fostering an inclusive environment is key to ensuring equitable access and success for all. 

This session will empower attendees with practical tools to create workplace cultures where diversity is valued, inclusion is intentional, and everyone has the opportunity to thrive.
