The 2026 CSCGLV Health Forward Summit, formerly known as the Survivor Summit, will be held again at DeSales University! This event brings together members of our community to focus on improving health and wellness and supporting those impacted by cancer. This event brings in featured speakers to educate community members on various aspects of health & wellness. Special breakout sessions take place in the afternoon. In response to community feedback, the event will be held on a Saturday to accommodate more attendees. Breakfast & Lunch will be provided. Children’s activities will be on-site while parents take part in sessions. Local vendors will feature. Join us on June 13, 2026, for a day dedicated to education, empowerment and connection.
