Community in Bloom: A Pop-up Market & Family Event

Plans are underway for another fun event at the Charles A. Brown Ice House, on Bethlehem’s Sand Island (56 River Dr.). This event is part of the Ice House’s Community Days series. Sunday, April 13 1-4 pm free and open to all “Community in Bloom” is a fun, family-friendly event that will feature a pop-up market to showcase our future vendors, as well as community-based organizations and some spring-themed activities offered by Hearthsong Folk Arts. These are just some of the vendors who are planning to be on hand with samples and/or items to purchase: Keystone Farms Cheese Green Pond Packaging Fresh Tofu Hippie Momma Apothecary Apple Ridge Farm Pocono Organics Meadowview Beekeeping Crooked Row Farm Owowcow Bethlehem Co-op Market And these community partners are among those planning to attend: Northside Alive, CAT – Coalition for Appropriate Transportation, Northampton Community College’s East 40, and Edible Lehigh Valley magazine. It’s going to be a great day to celebrate spring, good food, community, and the arts!
