There’s something special about handmade pasta, the process of turning simple, seasonal ingredients into something meant to be shared around the table. Join us at the Winehouse for an intimate afternoon celebrating the art of handmade pasta, good wine, and the joy of gathering around food. During this chef-led cooking demonstration, our Tasting Room Manager and professionally trained chef and sommelier, Jadeyn, will take you behind the scenes as she prepares a seasonal handmade pasta from start to finish. Watch her bring the dish to life while learning the techniques, tips, and details that make fresh pasta so special, and discover a few tricks you can take into your own kitchen. Of course, pasta is only part of the experience. Throughout the demonstration, discover the chef’s approach to wine pairing and how the right wine can bring out the flavors and textures of a dish. Enjoy light snacks and conversation as you watch the meal being prepared, then sit down to enjoy a serving of the finished pasta alongside a glass of its thoughtfully selected pairing.
