Join us at the Winehouse for our August Small Pairing, a self guided tasting experience featuring four fresh summer dishes paired with four chilled Cellar Beast wines. Each pairing is designed to highlight the bright, vibrant flavors of the season while showcasing how wine can elevate even the simplest ingredients. From sun ripened tomatoes and fresh basil to sweet summer corn and refreshing watermelon, this experience captures the essence of August on a plate.

Heirloom Tomato Caprese Skewer: Local cherry tomatoes layered with fresh mozzarella and basil, finished with olive oil and balsamic paired with Rosé de Haut
Chilled Cucumber Soup: Fresh cucumber, herbs, and Greek yogurt served chilled for a refreshing summer bite paired with Sauvignon Blanc
Summer Corn Flatbread: Mexican style roasted corn, crema, and tajín, available with chicken tinga (Vegetarian Available- please state if you would like veg option) paired with Chardonnay Reserve Watermelon, Feta & Mint Salad: A light and refreshing combination of sweet watermelon, feta cheese, and fresh mint paired with Blanc de Noir
