2025 Jeune Bête Release Tasting
2025 Jeune Bête Release Tasting
August 23 @ 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm

Join us as we officially unveil 2025 Jeune Bête, our Rhône-inspired blend sourced from the acclaimed Meek Vineyard in Washington’s Yakima Valley. Named for the “Young Beast,” Jeune Bête is a vibrant blend of Grenache and Syrah that balances bright fruit, savory complexity, and unmistakable character. This latest vintage opens with aromas of rosemary, lavender, dark cherry, pomegranate, and red currant, leading to a palate of ripe plum, herbaceous earthiness, and a rich, textured finish.
During this guided release tasting, our sommeliers will lead guests through the story behind the wine, from vineyard to bottle, while exploring the characteristics that earned the previous vintage a Double Gold Medal and 95-point score at the American Fine Wine Invitational. Whether you’re a longtime fan of Jeune Bête or discovering it for the first time, this is your opportunity to be among the first to taste and purchase the newest release. Raise a glass with us and welcome the newest Young Beast to the Cellar Beast lineup.
