#WomensWork: Marisa Lenci

The PostNet team takes a consultative approach to working with clients to develop the best solutions to meet their needs.

“My focus is on creating an environment of patience, kindness, love, and compassion,” says Marisa. “I know that if we focus on these ideas, everything else will fall into place.”

When owner Marisa Lenci opened PostNet in August 2014, she was taking a conscious step away from the high-level corporate environment she had spent years in. “My career attention was on climbing the ladder and getting ahead,” Marisa says. “Then a shift happened, and I experienced a whole new growth path.” She found her focus moving toward compassion, community, and connection.

Opening PostNet allowed Marisa to utilize her years of experience to provide valuable services including custom graphic design, high-quality printing, direct mail, shipping services, promotional products, and more to small business owners, local organizations, midsize corporations, and busy consumers in the area. Always working toward positive collaboration, the PostNet team takes a consultative approach to working with clients, taking time to identify their objectives, build on their ideas, and develop the best solutions to meet their needs.

Marisa and her team adhere to a meaningful set of Core Values that guide their interactions with each other as well as clients and the community at large. At PostNet, they have a saying: “Care for the whole”. That means being thoughtful, making a difference, going the extra mile. And it shows. “My focus is on creating an environment of patience, kindness, love, and compassion,” says Marisa. “I know that if we focus on these ideas, everything else will fall into place.”
