Things to Do
The holidays shine bright at Wind Creek Bethlehem
Wind Creek Bethlehem blends rich local history with new holiday traditions and seasonal experiences.
When walking through the doors of Wind Creek Bethlehem, guests enter more than a resort; they step into the evolution of a local landmark once defined by the Bethlehem Steel Corporation. Today, Wind Creek Bethlehem honors the city’s industrial legacy while creating opportunities for connection, celebration, and continuous growth.
Wind Creek Bethlehem’s story began with the transformation of the former Bethlehem Steel grounds into a premier luxury resort and casino. Since opening in 2009, the property has become a destination where entertainment, hospitality, and community converge. Now a AAA Four-Diamond hotel with two towers, a bustling casino, Chop House at Wind Creek, Urban Table, the Spa at Wind Creek, the Wind Creek Event Center, and The Outlets at Wind Creek, the resort continues to evolve. Each season brings a fresh reason to visit, and none shines brighter than the holidays.
This holiday season, magic and cheer fill every corner. Stroll through the festively decorated Outlets at Wind Creek and shop from artisan vendors at the Holiday Market Craft and Vendor Show, launching the Saturday after Thanksgiving. Seasonal promotions, Black Friday giveaways, photos with Santa and friends, gift wrapping benefiting local organizations, and holiday performances offer opportunities to support the community while finding the perfect gift.
The celebrations continue with Wind Creek Bethlehem’s exceptional dining. Restaurants throughout the property feature festive specialty menus, cozy winter cocktails, and experiences designed to bring people together. This Thanksgiving, enjoy a classic feast at Chop House at Wind Creek, featuring roasted turkey breast, Yukon gold whipped potatoes, brioche stuffing, creamed spinach, and cranberry sauce, finished with a decadent pumpkin pie with cinnamon Chantilly and spiced caramel sauce. Urban Table offers roasted herb turkey breast, sage and apple stuffing, Yukon gold whipped potatoes, and haricot verts, followed by rich pecan pie cheesecake topped with cinnamon whipped cream. Thanksgiving menus at Chop House at Wind Creek and Urban Table are available only on Thanksgiving Day, and reservations are highly encouraged.
Amid the festive dining and celebrations, Wind Creek Bethlehem continues to honor its past while creating new traditions. “What was once a steelmaking operation has evolved into a destination that brings people together to celebrate milestones and build lasting memories, especially during the holiday season,” said Patrick Ryan, Executive Vice President and General Manager at Wind Creek Bethlehem. “From festive seasonal décor and specialty holiday dining to live entertainment and community gatherings, Wind Creek Bethlehem continues to honor its heritage while creating new experiences for every guest to enjoy.”
This holiday season, Wind Creek Bethlehem invites everyone to come to shop, dine, and celebrate at a destination that keeps growing. For more information on holiday offerings, visit windcreek.com/bethlehem and outletsatwindcreekbethlehem.com.
