Take Me to The Other Side

The Other Side is a boutique and spa right next door to Hair by Eskandalo! They sell a curated selection of sustainable fashion, handmade vegan candles, jewelry from local designers, vintage finds, neon LED lights, vinyl records, and an array of other unique items.

“Our cozy little spa area is so sweet! There, we offer body waxing, facials, lash services such as tinting, lifting, and extensions, and we also do nails!” said owner Alison Leigh. “We even offer private shopping appointments so anyone can come in to shop and have the whole place to themselves. Bring a friend or a group! Take over the place!”

One thing The Other Side does not do is gender any of the clothing or services. They have created a safe space for anyone to experience what they do, regardless of their gender. They pride themselves on being inclusive and opening their doors to the LGBTQIA+ community.

This is also a space for art. They host art openings on First Fridays to showcase local artists with music, food, and beverages. They also have a photography studio where Alison takes photos and videos of their amazing customers in front of various backdrops and poster collage walls.
