SteelStacks’ Scrumptious Summer Lineup

ON A WARM SUMMER DAY at SteelStacks, what better way to listen to a free concert than with delicious food and ice-cold drinks? The Levy hospitality team has curated a strong lineup of public concessions that will satisfy the cravings of all visitors to SteelStacks this summer. 

First up is the Antipasto Jar: the perfect starter for any savory fan. Stuffed with Kalamata olives, smoked provolone, balsamic roasted tomato, herb-marinated artichokes, and gremolata aioli, this jar is the perfect way to kick off a night of fun. 

If you’re looking for something aside from your classic burger and fries, spice things up with the Grilled Pineapple Wrap. Packed with hot mustard soy sauce, Tajin, Asian slaw, and cilantro, this vegan wrap will have your taste buds tingling for more. 

Next in the lineup—dessert! Satisfy your sweet tooth with the Walking Churro. Between the sweet vanilla bean ice cream and caramelized bananas topped with whipped cream, this dessert is what dreams are made of. 

Still looking for something sweet? Try the Chocolate Hummus Snack Pack! Filled with candied walnuts, salted pretzels, and fresh fruit, this flavorful treat is quite the catch. Pro tip—take out the pretzels to make it vegan. 

Don’t strike out by forgetting a beverage! An Aperol Spritz is a classic summer cocktail with the perfect amount of bubbles and flavor. Mixed with Prosecco, Aperol, and a splash of soda water, sipping away at this satisfying drink is a great way to cool down while enjoying an outdoor show.
