Open enrollment made simple

As the leaves change, so do life’s seasons—and for many, fall signals the start of Medicare and healthcare open enrollment.

Whether approaching retirement or aging out of a parent’s plan, choosing the right coverage is one of the most important decisions an individual can make. That’s where Capital Blue Cross Connect health and wellness centers come in, offering an innovative, welcoming space where anyone, member or not, can explore options, get answers, and even purchase a plan on the spot.

One-on-one consultations are available in-store or virtually, meeting people exactly where they are. From understanding the fundamentals of Medicare to re-evaluating an existing plan, the team of experts tailors solutions for medical, dental, vision, and prescription needs. This personalized approach is far from average and was designed with the community in mind.

In October, the Capital Blue Cross Connect health and wellness centers will host public Medicare seminars, creating a space for conversation, clarity, and confidence. More than just a place to buy insurance, the centers blend health and wellness with customer service and education, positioning Capital Blue Cross as a trusted community resource and industry leader.

The Medicare annual enrollment period runs from October 15 to December 7, 2025, and open enrollment for under-65 individual and family plans runs from November 1, 2025, to January 15, 2026.
