Fig Authentic: Danielle Adams-Wiltshire

Unapologetic. Energized. Kind. These are just a few of the words that define Danielle Adams-Wiltshire, Chief Empowerment Officer of QueenSuite.

As a business and career coach, trainer, and speaker, Danielle Adams-Wiltshire is fiercely committed to amplifying the voices of those struggling to find or own theirs.

My mission is to be the coach I wish I had throughout my first career,” Danielle shared. “I started QueenSuite for marginalized people navigating challenges in the C-Suite sector.”

At the core of Danielle’s coaching philosophy is a belief in leading from the inside out. “People often think inspiration comes from external sources,” she said, “but it actually comes from within. Everyone has their own energy, actions, motivations, and truths. My job is to help leaders at all levels lead from a place of self-awareness and authenticity.”

Danielle builds strong, personal connections with her clients through thoughtful questions and meaningful conversations. She loves discovering what drives each individual and watching them take action. “Seeing clients take the steps to bring their goals to life is so exciting,” she said. “I always know they can do it. I just need them to realize that they can!”

Whether she’s working one-on-one or speaking to groups, Danielle is constantly inspired by her clients. “Everyone has the potential to make a meaningful impact,” she reflected. “When I honor the story within someone else, it deepens both our connection and my understanding of their world—and mine.”
