Building community for 50 years
Strong communities begin with people who care about one another.
Since 1976, Gross McGinley has built its legacy not simply through legal service, but through its relationships with the businesses and people that make Pennsylvania home.
That commitment is reflected in the firm’s partnership with Habitat for Humanity of the Lehigh Valley, which brings people together to create strength, stability, and opportunity through affordable housing. Partner Kellie Rahl-Heffner, chair of Gross McGinley’s Family Law Practice Group, has championed and sustained the firm’s involvement. Through her leadership, attorneys and staff have rallied around Habitat’s mission, with a strong annual participation in She Nailed It! and supporting neighbors who are building brighter futures.

This ongoing support reflects a belief that has guided the firm from the very beginning: strong communities begin with people who care about one another and lend their time, talents, and resources. Over five decades, Gross McGinley attorneys and staff have carried that belief into board service, volunteer work, nonprofit counsel, charitable giving, and community events throughout the region.
Under Kellie Rahl-Heffner’s leadership, this longstanding partnership offers a powerful reminder of what community investment can accomplish. A home is more than a physical space. It is where families find security, children grow, and neighbors form connections that strengthen communities. As Gross McGinley celebrates 50 Years of Impact, the firm will continue investing in the people and neighborhoods that make up the Lehigh Valley, helping build a future rooted in compassion and collaboration for generations to come.
