So Many Peaks, All in One Valley

Lehigh Valley continues to soar to new heights in 2024, earning accolades that highlight the region’s growing appeal. Bethlehem was named one of the “Top 100 Best Places to Live” by Livability.com for its third consecutive year. Allentown’s West End Theatre District was highlighted as one of “America’s Most Underrated Nightlife Neighborhoods” by Wealth of Geeks, while Easton earned a spot on WorldAtlas’ list of the best downtowns in Pennsylvania.

The region’s real estate market also shines, with Realtor.com ranking local zip codes among the nation’s hottest for the last four years: 18062 in Macungie, 18064 in Nazareth, and 18017 and 18018 in Bethlehem. The Lehigh Valley was lauded for its close-knit communities, scenic surroundings, unique festivals such as Das Awkscht Fescht car show and Musikfest, and rich historical landmarks, which now include a UNESCO World Heritage site. The 18-to-34 age group has grown nearly three percent since 2020, with Northampton County ranked among the Top 100 U.S. counties for growth in this demographic. Additionally, Site Selection magazine ranked Lehigh Valley as the number one mid-sized market for economic development in the country, and employment is at a record high.

Lehigh Valley continues to solidify its place as a dynamic and desirable destination. As more people recognize the unique blend of culture, opportunity, and community here, the region proves there’s something for everyone—so many peaks, all in one valley!
