Brenden and Katie Ramos, a husband and wife real estate team and Bethlehem natives, are bringing real estate into the 21st century. In social media and real estate, “marketing beautiful pictures of your home is everything—it’s what gets the right buyer into your home,” says Katie, but the larger industry has been slow to embrace that natural synchronicity of social media and traditional marketing techniques.
“Our family name is on that For Sale sign—Ramos Realty. At times the lines can get blurred,” she says, between business and personal, “because of how much heart we invest in our clients. It’s who we are.”
