Lehigh Valley Underground—the “voice” of Fig Voices—turns 2 this January. To celebrate this milestone, LVU will host the Lehigh Valley Underground 2nd Birthday Spectacular on Friday, January 19, 2018 in the ArtsQuest Center’s Blast Furnace Room at SteelStacks.
With the event, Lehigh Valley Underground celebrates not only its own anniversary, but the community it calls home. The presence of live, local, and original music in Bethlehem and throughout the Lehigh Valley becomes more prominent by the day.
On January 19, join us for a celebration for all members of our local music scene. A fun retrospective with an eye to the future— the Spectacular will shine a light on the talented musicians and community partners who are a constant source of inspiration for Lehigh Valley Underground’s work within our community.
Guests on this unforgettable evening will be treated to the musical talents of three Lehigh Valley-based performers. These include rock bands Dear Anna and Kill the Broadcast, and singer-songwriter Kara Hartzell. See you on January 19 as we gather in appreciation of how far Bethlehem’s great local music scene has come, and in great anticipation of where it will go in 2018— and beyond.
